Cocker Spaniel >>> Looking for Guardian Home for sale in Nunnelly, Tennessee

Hello to TN area.
I'm looking for a pet Guardian Home for a young (under a year) Black female Cocker Spaniel. Within the hour of me or must be willing to meet. I am just South / West of Nashville by an hour. So for a distance to meet, would still put us both within an hours drive.
If you have other animals, that's fine if not to many and they are fixed.
She would prefer a playmate.
She is a very happy girl. She is 16 pounds, not the super large Cockers. She will probably end up around 18 to 20 #s grown. I like to keep her cut short, less shedding. A fenced yard would be preferred. She would need to be and indoor/outdoor pet. Out of the inclement weather and at night to sleep. She is crate trained.
